NOTICE —The subscription rate for the Rappahannock News will increase September 1. In Rappahannock and adjacent counties, which include Madison, Culpeper, Fauquier, Page and Warren, the yearly rate will be $5.00; all other subscriptions will be $6.50. The management regrets the necessity for an increase, but with the ever-rising cost of materials and the climbing postal .rates, an increase is mandatory.
