Pursuant to Section 15.1 - 431 of the Code of Virginia, 1950, as amended, and Article 17-3 of the Rappahannock County Zoning Ordinance, 1973, notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of Rappahannock County will consider an amendment to the Zoning Ordinance of Rappahannock County and, in particular, to Article 6 of said Zoning Ordinance, on Thursday, July 17, 1980, at 7:30 P.M. in the Court House, Washington, Rappahannock County, Virginia.
Said amendment provides for uses by right and uses by special exception In an RS-1 District. Said amendment further provides for a minimum lot size of five (5) acres in an RS-1 District and for setback, frontage, and yard regulations as set forth in Article 10 and Article 2 of the Rappahannock County Zoning Ordinance.
