Konick pointed out that the zoning ordinance section on residential subdivision district does not include a specific list enumerating uses allowed by right and with a special use permit.
"The only indication of what is allowed is in the statement of intent” which gives the goal of that district as the provision of “low density residential areas,” Konick said.
After being flooded with complaints from neighboring landowners during last year’s camp meeting, the zoning administrator told NPEA president the Rev. L. D. Savage that his organization must have a variance before carrying out further activities on the property, Konick continued.
