Williamson and any other parties having an interest in a certain tract of real estate containing 37 acres located near Rock Mills in Rappahannock County, Virginia, whose whereabouts are unknown and who are made parties defendant by the general description of PARIES UNKNOWN.
You are hereby notified that on October 24, 1980, William B. Settle, will apply to the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, for a deed to 37 acres of real estate located near Rock Mills, Rappahannock County, Virginia, which was assessed by the Treasurer of Rappahannock County in the name of William H. Williamson and sold at the delinquent land sale held March 10, 1930. You may redeem said real estate at any time prior to the execution of such deed by the payment of the necessary amount to the Clerk.
