event which highlights the year long Youth Conservation Programs of the Virginia Association of Soil and Water Conservation Districts, the Seminar will be held on the campus of Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, Blacksburg. Forty-four participants from 23 soil and water conservation districts across the state will be attending.
The seminar will include a variety of field trips in the Blacksburg area designed to enlighten and expand the participants’ knowledge of natural resources conservation, as well as classroom instruction with emphasis upon outdoor learning.
