NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC OF 1980 FUEL
FACTOR PROCEEDINGS FOR
THE POTOMAC EDISON COMPANY
TAKE NOTICE that, pursuant to Virginia Code Sec. 56-249.6, the State Corporation Commission has established Case No. PUE800065 to investigate the reasonableness of fuel expenses and the 1980 fuel factor for The Potomac Edison Company (“Company”).
On or before August 15, 1980, copies of Company’s fuel expense report for the quarter and six month period ending June 30, 1980, will be available for public inspection during regular business hours at the SCC Document I Control Center, Floor Bl, Blanton Building, Bank and Governor Streets, Richmond, Virginia and at Company offices where bills may be paid.
Any interested person may file written comments on the information filed by Company by sending such comments to the Clerk of the Commission at the address indicated below, on or before September 5, 1980.
Company has not filed an application to change its fuel factor for the remainder of 1980. Such application will be filed, if at all, on or before August 15, 1980. Public notice of any proceedings pertaining to a change in Company’s fuel factor will be given subsequent to the filing of such application.
