Burke

Jimmy Lee Burke, 34, of Manassas drowned Saturday, June 13, 1981, at Freestone Beach on the Potomac River.

Funeral services will be conducted Thursday (today) at Baker Funeral Home in Manassas by the Rev. Howard W. Strull. Burial will be in Manassas Stonewall Memorial Gardens.

Burke was an electrician, and the son of Mr. and Mrs. Andrew L. Burke of Flint Hill.

Other survivors include his wife, Pamela Jean Burke; four daughters, Wendy, Cindy, Kristi and Shelly; one step-daughter, Jo Ann Burke, all at home; three brothers, Earl Garfield Burke of Alexandria, Robert Henry Burke of Catlett and Charles Lewis Burke of Manassas and one sister. Mrs. Ellen Mae Johnson of Manassas.
