It's a girl!
Joanne Elizabeth and William Roland Welch Jr. of Flint Hill have announced the birth of a daughter, Arland Christine Elizabeth bom on Thursday, Jan. 3, 1991 at 8:53 a.m. at Fauquier Hospital, Warrenton. The infant weighed seven pounds and was 19 1/2 inches long. She has two brothers, William III and Le Stat Welch.
Paternal grandparents are Mrs. Arland Welch of Flint Hill and the late William Roland Welch Sr.
Maternal grandparents are Mrs. Mildred Christine Hill of Baltimore, Md. and the late George Clinton of Buena Vista.
The infant was the first baby of the New Year bom at Fauquier Hospital.
