Your editorial it) the Rappahannock News Thursday, Dec. 27, 1990 honoring Mrs. Frances Thornton as its Citizen of Year said it all when you said, “there is probably no resident of Rappahannock Co. more deserving of the honor than Mrs. Thornton.”
