how she knew, however, one day Mrs. Thornton appeared at our door to offer her assistance and help. Soon thereafter, my sister was sent to the Children’s Rehabilitation Center in Charlottesville and was taught to walk and talk through therapy. Later she attended private and public schools in Albermarle County.
Later still, my sister married, has a daughter in junior high school, takes care of a beautiful home including he£ cooking and drives her own automobile!
This story became reality only after Mrs. Thornton’s visit. What can one say? “Thank you, Mrs. Thomton?”'That doesn’t seem enough!
