To the editor:
Some people are wondering whether or not this thing called “4H” is really helping the kids of Rappahannock County. Well, I have an answer that may not be expected.
1 am a senior at Rappahannock County High School and was recently accepted to Virginia Polytechnic Institute for the Fall of 1991 with a major of Environmental Sciences.
I must say that the 4-H Outback Club has contributed immensly to this decision. I have been a member since its organization two years ago and have participated in many activities sponsored by the club. We have toured sewage treatment plants,
