Mrs. Edna Metzinger, a member of the Thomas, Lord Culpeper Chapter will attend the Virginia Society Colonial Dames XVII Century 44th Annual State Conference on Friday at the Holiday Inn in Culpeper. The Thomas, Lord Culpeper Chapter will host the meeting which will welcome members from the 18 chapters located throughout the state. The meeting will continue on Saturday.
