Mr. Sherertz asked Mr. Moore if he had thought of condemning the land. Mr. Moore said the supervisors had agreed that the limited funds would be used on roads where there was a need and landowners had agreed to donate the required rights of way.
Mr. Pullen noted that the highway department has a 30-foot rightof-way. He suggested the road could be improved within the 30 feet.
