Washington Town Council approved a variance from the subdivision ordinance for Fredette Eagle to make a boundary adjustment with a neighbor to enlarge the lot at the comer of Gay and Wheeler streets on which her delapidated shed sits.

The ordinance allows such adjustments providing that a substandard lot is not created by the boundary adjustment. In this case both lots are below the one-half acre size for building lots in the village residential zone.
