VIRGINIA PURSUANT to Section 61-1 of the Town of Washington Zoning Ordinance and Section 15.1-431 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended, notice is hereby given that the Town Council of Washington, Virginia. will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, September 9,1992, at 7:30 p.m. at the Courthouse in Washington, Virginia, to consider the following applications:

Application by Spring Mountain School to increase the number of children from 20 to 40, and to allow classroom space to be used by outside groups or organizations assuming no more than twenty (20) participants w/a teacher; the group or groups will meet no more than tour (4) times per week, with evening meetings going no later than 9:00 p.m. Use allowed under Section 1-44(6) Town of Washington Zoning Ordinance.
A Copy of the foregoing applications is on file at the Zoning Office and available for public inspection, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
