Fodderstack Road is one of Rappahannock’s most scenic drives. Lawns are beautifully kept, gardens carefully designed and bams are spruced up in their best “bam red." One particular bam is painted black and is festooned with old farming tools and horseshoes, painted red. An adjacent picnic table is painted to match the color scheme and the overall effect is quite cheerful.
