The Rappahannock Soccer League is now in the process of reorganization. The fall 1992 season brings several changes to the structure of the League.
The most traumatic change is that the League’s founder and commissioner is retiring after five successful seasons. Vinnie Carney’s presence and guidance will be sorely missed by everyone who has had any affiliation with the League. The League must now find an individual, or individuals who are willing to assume the responsibility of this position.
