Rappahannock’s representatives in the General Assembly will be trying to get the county more funds for education, but they say the county should not expect help at the level it received last year.
Rappahannock was one of a handful of counties that got funds to make up for the decrease in basic state aid caused by the dramatic increase in the locality's Local Composite Index (LC1).
