At Page County Tuesday evening the JV led 26-11 at the end of an excellent first period. "They had agressive defense and played great," Coach Gochenour said. In the second quarter all that fell apart, and the team only managed to score five points.
Page switched to a zone defense, and the JV Panthers "were really frustrated. We were less patient with the ball." Still Rapp led at the end of the half.
The second half was even, he reported, but Page got more of the rebounds and won 60-56.
Coach Gochenour said Daniel Digges was almost the entire offense in the I*age game with 11 points.
