Juice of 1 to 2 Sunkist tangerines (1/4 cup)

2 tablespoons orange liqueur (optional)

1 to 2 teaspoons honey

In a bowl toss together tangerine and grapefruit segments with chopped mint. In another small bowl, stir together tangerine juice, liqueur, and honey. Pour mixture over fruit; toss gently. Cover and chill at least 1 hour to blend flavors. Garnish with mint and tangerine peel. Makes 4 servings.
