Citrus Wine Tea Cooler
2 cups boiling water
3 tea bags
1/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice (2 Sunkist lemons)
2 cups Burgundy or other dry red wine
1 Sunkist lemon, cut in cartwheel slices
Ice cubes
Pour boiling water over tea bages; steep 5 minutes. Remove tea bags. Stir in sugar, lemon juice and wine; chill. Add lemon cartwheel slices and serve over ice. Makes six 6-ounce servings.
