The marriage of Jennifer Kaye Leake, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Stephen M. Leake of Sperryville and Mr. and Mrs Harry A. Newlin of Flint Hill to Daniel Lee Deal, son of Mr. and Mrs. James D. Deal of Sperryville took place on Saturday, June 27 at 4 p.m. at Culpeper United Methodist Church.

The Rev. Jon Heddleston performed the ceremony.

The bride was given in marriage by her father Steve Leake. She is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Roy B. Leake of Sperryville and Mr. and Mrs. Turner Foster of Culpeper and the late Harry B. Settle.

The groom is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. John B. Hutt of Culpeper and the late Mr. and Mrs. Hugh Deal of Sperryville.

The bride wore a tulle gown with a sweetheart neckline that was accented by offthe-shoulders sleeves. It had a fitted, natural waistline and was adorned with lace, pearls, and sequins. A full ballroom skirt with an elaborately decorated train was also adorned with pearls and sequins and had a scalloped edge lace trim.

Miss Crystal Leake of Sperryville, sister of the bride, served as the maid of honor.

Bridesmaids were Miss Melissa Kline of Manassas, Miss Susan Payne of Sperryville, Mrs. Karen Ellis of Castleton and Miss Dena Slate of Front Royal.

Flower girl was Miss Lauren Settle of Rixeyville, cousin of the bride.
