Bertha Frances Dodson, 98,-of Luray died on Saturday, Oct. 10 at Page Memorial Hospital. r She was bom Feb. 4, 1900 in Sperryville and was a daughter of the late James William and Anna Elizabeth Woodward Atkins. * Mrs. Dodson was a homemaker and a member of the fcuray United Methodist Church. ^ On Dec. 27, 1926, she married Dennis Franklin Dodson, $rtio died Dec. 21, 1973. ‘ She was the last surviving member of her immediate family and is survived by one son Robert F. Dodson of Luray; two daughters Anna Mullinax of Springfield and Oneid i Dodson of Luray; four grandchildren and six great grandchildren.

Funeral services were conducted on Tuesday, Oct. 13 at the Bradley Funeral Home by the Rev. David W. Lord. Burial was in the Beahm’s Chapel Cemetery in Luray. I Memorial donations may l?e made to the American Heart Association.
