Plans have been finalized and letters will be arriving to homes in the Reva area for the annual fund drive for the Reva Volunteer Fire and Rescue Company.
This is their major fund raising effort and this one is very important as funds will go for the new tanker. Hopefully the tanker will be at the station when the “Firehouse Gang” prepares the home cooked dinner, being planned for Nov. 18.
George Moore, Director of the Martinsburg Medical Facility was guest speaker at the Veterans’ Day ceremony held at Culpeper National Cemetery on Sunday, sponsored by the American Legion Post No. 330. A number of our area residents attended this service.
