Excellence in Education is the theme of a new series of forums that will be hosted by Headwaters. The forums will explore issues in public education that are important to continuously improving Rappahannock County Public Schools.
The first forum will be in the RCHS auditorium on Dec. 6 at 7 p.m. It will explore the Effective Schools Research and how it is being applied in Rappahannock County The format will be a 30-minute presentation by Dennis Kellison, a renowned expert on Effective Schools and Superintendent of Winchester City Schools.
