Linda Butler was saying farewell to her customers last Friday at the Washington, Va. Post Office.
It was her last day of work as postmaster in an office which has been under her supervision for the last 11 years. Mrs. Butler took Carol Miller’s place when Mrs. Miller retired.
Mrs. Butler has been with the U. S. Postal Service since 1982.
