The daffodil, known as the “flower of hope”, symbolizes the battle against cancer. Cancer rates have fallen dramatically in the last ten years, and recent advancements in research bring the hope that cancer incidence and mortality will continue to decline.
Individuals and businesses that wish to participate in “Daffodil Days” can choose fresh cut daffodils ($6 donation per bunch of ten) or potted bulbs ($8.50 donation per pot). Reserve your daffodils by Feb. 21. Daffodils will arrive March 14.
