Jean W. Gallihugh

Sperryville resident

Jean Weakley Gallihugh, 76, of Sperryville died Feb. 2 at the Butler’s Nursing Home in Madison.

She was the daughter of the late Gilbert Weakley and Gussie Revercomb Weakley, and the wife of the late Harry William Gallihugh.

She was a member of the Culpeper Women’s Auxiliary, the Bethlehem United Methodist Church and charter member of Madison Women’s Club. She was a Stanley Home Products Dealer.

Survivors are one daughter, Susan Gallihugh Pooton of Nethers; one son, Donald S. Gallihugh of Louisa; and three grandchildren.

Funeral services were held Feb. 5 at Preddy Funeral Home Chapel in Madison, with interment in Etlan Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the Bethlehem United Methodist Church, HC 6, Box 223, Madison, Va. 22727.
