The Winchester Fredericksburg Bus Line, owned and operated by Walker B. Jenkins of Washington, provided service to county residents for 20 years to Front Royal, Flint Hill, Washington, Woodville, Culpeper and Fredericksburg and returned to Winchester on the same day.
