“It’s a general topic among innkeepers right now,” says Sue Hertzler who is in charge of inspections, including fire safety, of bed and breakfasts for the statewide organization.
“It has innkeepers and their guests nervous," says Hertzler, who owns Dragon Run Bed and Breakfast in Church View’, Va., one hour from Richmond.
