Samantha Marie Moore and Kevin Scott Williams were married Sept. 13 at The Riverton United Methodist Church in Front Royal.
The groom is the son of Jimmy and Jane Williams of Chester Gap.
The Rev. Randy Omdorff performed a double ring ceremony. Cindy Martin was the organist and Judy Reddle was the vocalist.
Given in marriage by her brother, Adam Moore of Chester Gap, the bride wore a white satin formal-length gown with Victorian-style long sleeves, a Queen Anne neckline, a keyhole back with beaded schiffli lace, fitted bodice, basque waist, full skirt and a cathedral-length train. She wore a rhinestone and pearl tiara with a detachable fingertip-length veil of French Illusion and rhinestones and carried a cascade bouquet of white flowers.
The matron of honor was Betsy Pullen of Washington, sister of the bride. She wore a floorlength claret gown and carried a bouquet of red and white flowerf*.
Bridesmaids were Karyn Williams, sister-in-law of the groom, Tammy Ritenour, sister of the groom, Krystal Heflin and Brittany Williams, both nieces of the groom all of Chester Gap. Their dresses and bouquets were identical to the honor
