“Fill out census form for school-age children - If you are a Rappahannock resident and have school-aged children (ages 5-19), please fill out the “School Census” form that will be mailed to all residents who do not have children in the schools. Mail the census form to Director of Special Services Mike Tupper, 6 Schoolhouse Road, Washington, VA 22747. The more school-age children we can identify who live in Rappahannock, the more state sales tax revenues will be sent to Rappahannock County public schools (RCPS). This is NOT just for parents of students in the RCPS. It is also important that parents who send their children to private schools fill out this form.
