Wed like to organize a clean-up along Water Street m Sperry ville this Saturday. April 5. from 9:00 a.m. to noon. The stretch between River Road (where the antique stores are) and the one-lane bridge has recently been mowed and cleared, exposing a lot ot trash. This would be a great time to clean up the space between the rood and the nver before the brush grows up again. We ll help make the road more enjoyable to walk. run. nde bikes, or drive on. and help keep trash out of the Thornton River We ll contact VDQT to get the bugs, and we II either bnng the trash to Ratwood ourselves or ask VDQT to pick it up. Rappahannock County Fnends of Scouting will hold its annual fund-raising breakfast at 8 a.m. on Saturday. April 5. at the Flint Hill Public House. Gary Aldrich, the Founder and President of the Patrick Henry Center for Individual Liberty, a non-profit foundation dedicated to promoting the U S. Constitution and Bill of Rights, will be the speaker at this breakfast. Mr. Aldnch is the father of an Eagle Scout now in his senior year at the U. S. Naval Academy.
