There’s a local mom who’s flipping these days in Amissville.
At this month's CCA National Cheerleading Championships in Charlotte, North Carolina Amber Rogers, daughter of Amy Hitt of Amissville, came in 3rd place for her individual competition.
Amber, who goes to school at Shenandoah Valley Christian Academy in Stephens City, did an individual routine at the CCA Nationals.
The SVC A team also came in 3rd place for the Iham Competition.
