The story is heartbreaking and full of tension but most of all it is full of hope. It was filmed in China with Egyptian, Iranian, and Afghani actors. The two young stars were found at a school in Kabul during a three month talent search. Their acting is so incredible that it is hard to believe they are just school children. I am sure by now' everyone knows they had to be whisked out of Afghanistan prior to the film’s release. When you see the Taliban in action in the film you will understand why.
