Tuesday, January 17,1950 At 11:00 O’clock A. M. All that certain tract or parcel of land situate, lying aud being in Rappahannock County, Virginia, about 4 miles east of the Town of Washington, Virginia, known as the Browning Place, containing 742 acres, more or less, of which W. G. Wood died seized and possessed and which has been surveyed into three tracts as follows: (1) Tract No. 1 containing 152 acres, more or less, adjoining Mrs. Addie Filer, the Mt; Salem Church Lot, Charles E. Marsh, Tract No. 2 described below and others. (2) Tract No. 2 containing 305 acres, more or less, adjoining Kitty Kinsey Miller, Wade Massey, Jr., Tract No. 1 described above and Tract No. 3 described below.
