urday from 3 K>0 until lOKXh . The Cubs will have such ex* hibits as collections, hobbies, pets, handicraft, puppets, Indians, etc. Scout and Explorer exhibits will be centered around pioneering, camping, first aid, equipment making, Indian lore, leathercraft etc.
Each unit will be presented * with a gibbon if 50% of their registered membershiv of their ■unit participates in the following: 1. Build booth and display. 2. Gather materials for the booth. 3. Make a display. 4. Provide personnel for the booth. 5. Clean up. It will also be necessary for one parent per registered Cub, Scout and Explorer to sign the register at the Exposition in order that the Unit might receive a ribbon.
This is the first of four quarterly acthitics planned for the. new “Four Pointer” Acorn Award Program recently introduced to the Council. When each Unit received ribbons for four consecutive quarterly activities the Troop will receive a “Four Pointer” award and each Cub, Scout or Explorer in that Unit will receive an individual award ot be worn on his uniform.
The next scheduled Court of Honor will be held on Friday, February 3, at 8:00 p.m. in connection with this Scouting Exposition. All advancements should be sent through to the Council Office on or prior to February 1.
All parents and friends of Scouting are invited to attend this Court of Honor and Exposition.
