Frozen Mangos
Mangos may one day be selling in froeen food, cabinets in grocery stores along with familiar fruits like strawberries and peaches. Tests made in the Dominican Republic by U. S. Department of Agriculture scientists show that this tropical fruit freezes successfully, keeps well at least five months in frozen storages, and when thawed is comparable to the fresh fruit in flavor and eating qualities.
