Wood Buckley, the unknown heirs of George W. Wood, the unknown heirs of Rebecca W'ood Jones, the unknown heirs of Kitty Wood Huff, the unborn children of Anne Grimsley Wood Hilldrup and the unknown heirs of Henry B. Wood and Julia Quaintance Wood, are unknown a/id undetermined parties and their whereabouts and post office addresses are unknown anti it further appearing that there are or may be persons interested in the subject to be divided or disposed of in this suit whose names and whereabouts and last known post office addresses are unknown, it is therefore ordered that they do appear within ten days after the due publication of this order, in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, and do what Ts necessany to protect their interest in this suit.

And it is further ordered that a copy hereof be published once a week for four successive weeks in the Rappahannock News, a t;m the Town

And it is further ordered that a copy of this order be posted at the front door of the Courthouse of the County of Rappahannock, ’ Virginia, on or before the 19th day oj December, 1949, that being the next succeeding Rule Day, and that a copy of this order be mailed to each of the defendants at the post office addresses given in the affidavit filed herein and that a certificate stating the fact be filed in the papers of this cause.
