Saturday, March 11 I 2:00 P. M. In execution of a deed of trust dated June 27th, 1049, from Mahlon and Ora Ramey, grantors, recorded in the Clerk’s Office of* the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County in Deed Book 52 at page 174, the undersigned trustee in said deed of trust will offer for sale at public auction the following described real estate in three tracts:
* Tract I.—Eleven-room, two-story house with full basement, about six acres of land, several hundred feet frontage on highway; Tract II.—Five-room bungalow with all modern conveniences and two acres of land; * Tract III.—Old Toll Gate House—tideal for conversion into Tea Room or Antique Shop; one acse of land, more or less. Plats and surveys of each of these lots will be or have been made. The property will be sold in three lots and then sold as a whole to the highest bidder or bidders. All lots are on Lee Highway.
