Douglas Swan, Executor of James A. Swan, Jr., deceased, r». J. Douglas Swan et al, the undersigned Special Commissioners will offer for sale at public auction to the highest bidder, at the front door of the Court House of Rappahannock County, at Washington, Virginia, on
Mon., March 13, 1950 AT 1 O’CLOCK P. M. all of those certain lots or parcels of land lying and being in the Town of Washington, Rappahannock County, Virginia, fronting upon State Highway Route No. 211, Jett Street, and Gay Street, and adjoining the lands of W. H. Massie; of which James A. Swan, Jr., died seised and possessed, and more particularly described as follows: Lot No. 3, fronting 50 feet on Gay Street and running back between parallel lines with the lands of Massie a distance of 86 feet.
Lot No. 2, fronting 50 feet on State Highway Route No. 211 and running back parallel with the lands of Massie 86 feet.
Lot No. 1, fronting 50 feet on State Highway Route No. 211 and running back with Jett Street between parallel lines a distance of 86 feet. The above three lots are the same lands which were conveyed to James A. Swan, Jr., by William C. Armstrong et al by deed dated April 22, 1922, and of record in deed book 31 page 115 of the land records of Rappahannock County, Virginia. The three above described lots will be sold separately and bids held; and then offered for sale as a whole, the bid to be started at the aggregate of the separate bids on said lots.
