County News Notes
Mr*. E. M. Jones entertained nt • canasta party at her home Friday for her daughter, Becky Jones.
Mr. and Mrs. Bedford Putnum and children of Washington, D. C. and Mrs. Hazel Cook of Crest Hill were Sunday guests of Mrs. Eva Grimsley.
Mrs. H. B. Spicer was a Sunday guest of Mrs. Maggie Grimsley and also visited Ose Grimsley, who is quite ill at his home.
Mrs. B. H. Altha of Estes spent the week end with her son and daughter-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. William Altha at Ranch O’Grandy farm.
Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth E. Wilson and children of Riverdale, Md., were Saturday guests of Mr. and Mrs. J. H. Watson.
