Peter Estes Injured
In Baseball Game
In a baseball game at Orange on .Monday, May 8, Peter Estes hung a cleat in a base anchor iron and broke two bones in his right ankle. Peter was able to return to his classes on Friday with his ankle in a cast.
Senior 4-H Club News
The Senior 4-H Club met on Tuesday, May 9, at 11:00 a.m. The meeting was called to order by thp president and songs wer* led by the song leader. Miss Sollenberger pinned the 4-H pins on all the members. The meeting was adjourned at 12:00.

He was born in Staunton on December 28, 1856.
In 1886 he received ihe degree of Ph.D., at Johns Hopkins.
In 1910 he became governor of New Jersey.
In 1912 he was elected president of the United States.
Incidents that occurred during his administration were: Keokuk Dam completed; Panama Canal completed; Mexican revolution; the first world war; Lusitania* su nk, May 7, 1915.
He died February 3, 1924.
His body lies in the Cathedral" of Saints Peter and Paul, in Washington, D. C.
