Construction Begins On

Construction is, underway on the new 'home of Mr. and Mrs. Mahlon Ramey on Jett Street in Washington, near the home of Miss Lottie Burton.
The one-story, frame home will consist of five rooms and a utility room. Paul A. Walker, contractor and builder, is in charge of construction.
George Butler Enlists

George* Butler, of Boston, enlisted the put wfcefc in the TJ.ST Ait Force, according to the U.S. Army and U.S,. Air Force Recruiting Station, located- at 126 S. Main Street, Culpeper. He wu sent to Lackland Air Force Base, San Antonio, Texas, for buic training.
The Clupeper recruiting office is at this time concentrating special efforts toward getting enlistments of high calibre young men for various Army schools.
