Party Held In Honor Of
Mrs. E. S. Wagner
Mr. and Mrs. L. J. Turner were hosts at a farewell party held at their home Tuesday evening honoring Mrs. E. S. Wagner, a member of the choir of the Washington Baptist church for the past five yaers, who is moving away from the county this summer.
Mrs. Wagner was presented with a farewell present from the choir members consisting of a silver fork from her pattern— Chippendale by Towle.
Guests present were Rev. and Mrs. M. E. Sliger, of Flint Hill Miss Mabel Jarrels of Port Republic; Miss Gladys Reid, Miss Jo Ellen Worth, Mrs. Carson Anderson, Miss Alicb Mae Coughlin, Miss Jean Hawkins and Miss Doris Fincham.
