M. offer and expose to public sale that certain Swiss Chalet Village and Hunt Club situate 1 Vi miles southwest ef Sperryville and on U.S. Highway 211, on 1.59 acre, more or less, situate in Piedmont Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, Virginia, adjoining the lands of Frank Fitxhuo and others and being the identical real estate conveyed to John W. Eanes and Edna V. Eanos, his wife, by deed dated August 24, 1949, of record in the Clerk’s Office sf Rappahannock County, Virginia, pa September jO, 1949, in Deed Book 52 Pago 299.

This real estate is being offered subject to that certain prior deed of trust conveyed by Edward L. Andrews and Theresa V. Andrews to R. V. Snead, Trustee, by deed dated May 15, 1945, duly of record in said Clerk’s Office In Deed Book 50 Page 290 which deed of trust as of the day of sale is believed to be in the sum of $13,500.00, the true amount and the interest thereon will be announced on the day of. sale.
