EXTRACT from a decree of the Circuit Court of said County entered in the above entitled chancery cause on the 16th day of August, 1950:

Whereupon, it is adjudged, ordered and decreed that this cause be and the same is hereby referred to James M. Settle, Master Commissioner in Chancery of this Court to take, state and forthwith report an account as follows to this Court: . ■" 4.
