And an affidavit having been made and filed that the defendants, Sherman Booten, Edward Jackson, Eleanor Jackson Majors, Delmar Jackson, Rufus Jackson, Lela Jackson Gibbons, Donald Jackson, George Jackson, Gerald Jackson, Flossie Jackson Van Styne, are non residents of the State of Virginia, and that the heirs of George Jackson, Welford (Rutherford) Jackson, Frank Jackson and Lucy Blanham, whose names and whereabouts are unknown and who are proceeded against and made parties defendant to this cause as parties unknown; the heirs at law of Luther Jackson and Benie (Venie) Jack
