AM1SSVILLE PROPERTY SELLS FOR $20,000 BID
Mr. Llewellyn of Washington. D. C.. purchased the Bennett property at the auction sale held Tuesday, December 19, in front of the Courthouse at Washington. The final bid was $20,000. This, property was formerly known as the Silvey Place. It is located next to Jenkins’ Garage in Amissville, on Route 211, and the farm has an acreage of 190.8 acres.
