EXTRACT from ft decree of the Circuit Court of said County entered in the above entitled cause on the 24th day of January, 1961:"
“On consideration whereof, the Court doth Adjudge, Order and Decree that this Cause be, and it hereby is, referred to James M. Settle, a Commissioner in Chancery of this Court, to take, state and forthwith report an account showing the following:
(1) Whether all necessary parties are properly before the Court in this cause*
(2) What real estate was devised to the parties to this suit by W. G. Wood, deceased, and the fee simple and annual value thereof.
(3) What are the respective interests Of the said parties in the said real estate and whether or not" any persons other than the parties to this suit own any interest in the said real estate. -
(4) Whether or not the interest of the complainant would foe promoted by a sale of the timber on said property and whether or not the rights of any other person would be violated thereby.
(5) Whether or not the interests of the infant remaindermen wonid be promoted by a sale of the timber on the said property.
(6) The taxes doe on the said rail estate, the liens against the - said real estate and their priorities. J
